We loved our week long stay! The staff is wonderful! Breakfast buffet was really good and a little different most days. Location is wonderful- walkable to downtown & ocean front. There arent any store or restaurants super close so you do need to plan for that if you dont have a car. Pizza My Way delivers and its delicious!!

My stay here was quite enjoyable. Only stayed one night while road tripping the coast. Room was cute and comfortable. Liked having 2 entry doors, one sliding glass that led to peaceful sitting area. There was a screen so we left the door open to let cool air in while we slept. Heated Pool and hot tub was a great way to relax before bed. Only thing we didn't like was shipping containers right in front of our cottage so we had to park away from our door. Also a bit pricey. I recommend doing the famous 17 mile drive through Pebble Beach. It Was my favorite part.

We stayed at Lighthouse Lodge & Cottages with our family and really enjoyed our time there. It’s a lovely place in Pacific Grove, just a short 5–7 minute drive from Monterey, with noticeably better prices than many hotels in Monterey itself. What we loved most was the location. The beautiful coastline is just a 10-minute walk away, making it easy to enjoy spectacular sunsets and the surrounding nature. We saw deer every single day, sometimes just a few feet away! If you’re visiting from a big city, seeing so much wildlife up close is a wonderful experience. The only thing that surprised us a little was that our room overlooked a cemetery. We weren’t expecting that, but it didn’t bother us or affect our stay in any way. Overall, it’s a wonderful spot to relax, enjoy nature, and explore the Monterey area without spending a fortune on accommodation. Whether you’re traveling solo, as a couple, or with your family, it’s definitely worth considering. We had a great time and would happily stay here again!

Beautiful rustic cottage. The young lady at the front desk was super helpful and very accommodating. Location is amazing. The room I stayed in at the cottages has been almost completely remodeled and is beautiful. (The outside windows need to be replaced ) parking below the room. This is an older establishment and there are some issues, i.e. heat/ac could be a simple thermostat. Breakfast at the cottage is top-notch and worth the price! Also, you will find online they offer a room but they use dynamic pricing even though they say the pricing is good until a certain time. So in 10 minutes the price changed by $10.

Really great experience! Socrates and Fedan are awesome! Very welcoming and friendly. My wife loved the hotel! Which is really all that matters right? Very clean and updated. In the morning, we were going to grab a coffee and take a walk but the breakfast actually looks so good we stayed. It was very impressive and the staff there were also very nice. For all the places that don’t work out so well this one really did and we had a great experience. I would recommend it to anyone. Right by the beach and even if you’re not big in to walks, it’s the most beautiful place you could take a walk. My wife and I were just gonna take a short walk in before we knew it we had gone quite a long ways. Definitely worth giving a try!

Loved the breakfast, the pool and hot tub were all awesome too. The room was very cozy and comfortable with a fireplace. It had a balcony which I loved. Ill be back!
