Interested in joining our Commercial Kitchen Incubator program? Our non-profit commercial kitchen provides entrepreneurs with the opportunity to start and grow a food business with the support of professional consultants and trained staff. To get you started, you are required to attend a program orientation to be considered for our program. During the orientation you will learn more about: Program requirements Permits and licenses required to operate from our Kitchen Resources and services available to help you with your food business What to expect once you are accepted to the program Orientations are offered in Spanish and English. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. Please note: Our services are available to residents of Santa Cruz, Monterey and San Benito Counties. For residents outside of the tri-county area, please call our office for available resources in your area, 831-722-1224. Please wear closed-toed shoes. Traffic can be heavy during the growing season, please plan accordingly. Orientation starts promptly. Our kitchen is a manufacturing facility and not open to the public.
