Every Friday in the heart of Midtown, a parking lot is transformed into a venue filled with local artists, food vendors and new performers every week. The Svelty Welty Trio made up of Ted Welty, Don Caruth, Ryan Price and Rob Ouse headline the first midtown block party of september.
