Chef and farmer Matthew Raiford is a graduate of UC Santa Cruz's Agroecology and Sustainable Food Systems program and the author of 'Bress 'N' Nyam,' a collection of recipes from the Gullah communities of the Georgia seacoast. The event is co-sponsored by UCSC and Bookshop Santa Cruz. $45 ticket is good for one admission to the talk and one copy of the new book.
