Santa Cruz born-and-raised Heather Christie broke through to national consciousness back in 2016 when she was a second-round finalist on "American Idol." Her sound mixes funk, neo-soul, jazz, and world-beat, bringing her own influence in musical theater and dance into her performances as well. She plays July 8 alongside with adventurous multi-instrumentalist Vir McCoy.
