Smoking is prohibited in all rooms.  Violation of this policy will result in a $200.00 charge to your stay.
 
Pets are prohibited in all cottage rooms.  Violation of this policy will result in a $200.00 charge to your stay.
 
Lodge property pets are welcome with the exception of the Upper Lodge Suite and Junior Lodge Suite. A non-refundable $50.00 fee will be applied to your bill.
 
Any damages occurred by the guest are subject to damage and replacement fees that will be determined by hotel management.
 
Rates are for either single or double occupancy.  The additional person charge is $25.00 per night. Children age 12 and younger in room no charge.  Maximum room occupancy is four (4) persons.  All rates are subject to tax at the prevailing occupancy and sales tax rate (currently 10.065%) plus a $2.00 Monterey County Tourism Assessment.

There is a two night minimum required on weekends.

All reservations are subject to a 72 hour cancelation policy unless otherwise noted by managment staff.
