Our main meeting space that can accommodate up to forty people classroom style. On average, we charge $200.00 per day for use of the Monarch. It is approximately seven hundred square feet and is handicapped accessible.
The Monterey Pines
The Monterey Pines (historic meeting space) is located next to the main lobby. It can accommodate up to twenty-four people classroom style. There are two telephone jacks in this room, each with their own access line. On average, we charge $100.00 per day for use of Monterey Pines The meeting space is approximately four hundred and fifty square feet. The Cottage Residence works extremely well for groups up to Twenty Five people. Smaller groups enjoy the house's conduciveness for small informal meetings. On average we charge $450.00 per day for use of the Residence for meetings. The Cypress Dining Room is available at limited times, and is not suggested for meetings unless the group has the entire property of 31 Cottages. With this usage, they have full access to all aspects of the Cottage property.
